Rental Rate Card:
Hourly - $65/hr
Half Day - $60/hr
Full Day - $55/hr
+Second Level - +$20/hr

Weekend surcharge - Additional $10/hr
We provide ONE hour studio rental as well @ $120.

All bookings will require
a $200 security rental deposit

All bookings will require
$20 studio maintenance fee

Props and photography equipment are provided at no extra cost.
We only accept 1 booking per time slot to ensure privacy during your booking with us.

Setting up and cleaning up are included in your time booked. Please arrive and pack up on time to be respectful of other creatives. If an extension is needed, please check with us beforehand for availability. Full payment is needed along with cleaning fee to secure your booking.
