How do we
book the space?

We accept bookings through whatsapp or email us @ hello@ourstudio.space


What equipment / props
do you provide?

You can refer to our equipment / props list here
All props and equipments are included in every booking with no additional charges.


What’s the process like after we have enquired the availability of the space?

You will receive a payment link from us once you have enquired. For any urgent bookings, please drop us a call @ +65 8949 3453


Is your studio
lift-landing?

Yes! Our studio is lift landing. We’ve elevators that brings you directly to our studio’s level.

For heavy goods, you can use the cargo-lifts located beside the security post (Level 1)


Can I come early
to set up?

A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed subjected to availability.


When is the
natural light the
strongest?

Our studio’s natural light is at its strongest in the morning between 8am-1pm. However, it also depends on the month itself as the location of sunrise and sunset changes throughout the year.


Are there restroom
in the studio?

Yes, we have a washroom in the studio.


Can I view the studio
before booking?

Yes, we offer studio viewings by appointment only. Do drop us a message through whatsapp.


Are clothing rack
& steamer provided?

Yes, we provide Garment Steamer, clothing rack 150cm(w)x165cm(h) and hangers.


Can I store my equipment before my booking?

Yes, as long as the studio is not occupied before your booking.


Is there parking available?

There is a carpark at basement and level 1.
Loading and unloading bay will be at level 1 of the building.


What are your cancellation
and reschedule policy like?

Our Studio offers only studio credit for cancelled bookings as we do not issue refunds. You can reschedule your booking and claim your full studio credit by notifying us of your cancellation at least 24hrs prior to your start time and rebook your desired date or time (subjected to availability of the studio).


Will there be any assistance in the space?

All rentals are done remotely. Our studio is equipped with a smart lock. No assistance will be provided on site. However we will offer all the information you need before your visit to make your experience with us easy and convenient. Should you face any problems during your booking with us, we can assist in support through Whatsapp message or video call.
